the drawing has been made with a pencil, and is a bit blurry on purpose. it's like points formed by points. if you imagine each square to be a pixel you can see what I mean.

now, what about points and letters?

I'll maybe write more on the subject later, I'm still wondering. besides the internet connexion is very aleatory lately so I take the occasion to post it now. editing of this comment will follow.

Ok, now I understand a bit better as to where you are going with this.

You could say:

I intend to draw 15 exact lines. But you cannot.
I intend to draw 15 exact boxes. But you cannot.
I intend to communicate the exact same thing, 15 times to 15 people. But you cannot.

There is inflection, time, situation, and the person listening.

Am I on the right track, or just making a mess of it?

you are on the right track, as far as I'm concerned... :) I mean, I'm questioning myself about all these things, but I'havent found a line (again) of thought yet. I'm just exploring all these connexion. :wave:

a nulla in particolare, o a tutto. é un'espressione generale non comparativa. una di quelle frasi seminspiegabili come "stai male!"
